Aisling Bea

Aisling is an Irish-born comedian that has been in the business for a long time. Born in Kildare, Ireland on the 16th of March 1984. The comedian appeared on QI along with Stephen Fry. Aisling Claiodhnadh, also known as Aisling "Bea" is a popular Irish actor and writer. Her birth date was the 16th of March 1984. After playing bits on a number of Irish and British TV shows from 2009, Bea started her career as a stand-up comedian in 2011. Following 2012, she was appearing in sketch comedy shows, sitcoms, and other similar programs. In 2012, following her was awarded an award at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards (ECA), she started to appear frequently in panel shows. She has been a part of 8 Out of 10 Cats since 2016, and she's an extremely popular contestant on the show's sister show 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. Parents include Brian O'Sullivan and Helen O'Sullivan. She has one younger sister, Sinead. She was only the second ever female winner of So You Think You're Funny. Bea was given to her to honor her father. Aisling O'Sullivan, whose real name is as Cliodhnadh Aisling, was born at Kildare town in County Kildare. She was the daughter of Brian O'Sullivan. Brian was a veterinarian for horses who committed suicide when Bea was just three years old. She was not told what happened to him until she reached the age of 13. As a way to honor her dad, she took the stage-name Bea and in 2017 she wrote an article on suicides and deaths that affected her family members for The Guardian. Bea, along with her younger sister Sinead and her sister Sinead, were brought up by Helen Moloney (n e Moloney), a former jockey as well as a teacher at a secondary school. Her parents were obsessed by racing and horses. When she was a child, Bea was a tour guide in the Irish National Stud however she realized at an early age that she was not keen on the sport of racing as a career and instead was a performer.
